  • Yes! Our studio is strictly women's only. During classes, the blinds will be drawn and doors will be locked to ensure there are no spectators, interruptions, or unexpected walk-ins.

  • Beginners are always welcome and encouraged to try all of our classes! Our instructors will provide modifications for each movement during class. So whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced client, there is always a way to make a move easier or harder depending on your level.

  • Just yourself! Our studio is fully equipped with the weights and props you need for class. Towels and mats will also be provided. However, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

    Water bottles are available for purchase.

  • 10 minutes early. If this is your first class, please ensure you are early to meet your instructor and get acquainted with the studio!

    Please take into consideration traffic and construction when planning your trip to class. Doors will lock 5 minutes after class has started. If you are late and doors are already locked, you will forfeit the class.

  • Absolutely! You and a friend can share class packs and enjoy a discounted rate. Please take note of the expiry date for each class pack when purchasing.

  • We get it, life happens! Classes that are canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time can be rescheduled to a later date at no cost.

    However, late cancellations outside of the cancellation window will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

    If you do not attend a scheduled class without a 12-hour prior cancellation, the session will be forfeited.

  • Yes! Clients who cancel 12 hours before the scheduled class time can reschedule their class for a later date without any additional charges.

  • Yes, each class pack has an expiry date. Please click here to review.

  • All class options are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your remaining class pack to a friend or family member.

  • Absolutely! Starting a new class can sometimes be intimidating - let's fix that. Connect with us and ask all your questions.
