Mat Sessions

Whether you're new to Pilates, preparing for group classes, refining your technique, or working toward a specific goal, every session is tailored to your body using a combination of bodyweight movement and a variety of Pilates props to provide the right balance of support and challenge.
Reformer Sessions
Work one-on-one with an instructor in our Markham studio. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase control, or refine your practice, every session is tailored to your body using our modern reformer to provide the right balance of support and challenge.
Cadillac Sessions
Work one-on-one with an instructor in our Scarborough studio. The Cadillac Trapeze Table is one of the most versatile Pilates apparatus, helping to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and develop greater body awareness.
Physio-Guided Sessions
Our Active Rehab Program begins with a comprehensive assessment by a registered physiotherapist, followed by guided rehabilitation sessions designed to support recovery from injury, restore function, and rebuild strength. Sessions may incorporate the mat, Cadillac Trapeze Table, or a combination of both. Eligible for insurance reimbursement based on your individual coverage and benefits.
